With options to add/edit/delete/copy/move/rearrange/sort/export and duplicate you can quickly customize the list anyway you want. Easy and very intuitive thumb friendly check/uncheck options.

The app requires internet permission so that you can avail the cloud sync features. If you never register for cloud sync, internet is NOT needed.
